Purpose

A required report about the AIMS or an AI system: trigger, recipient, content, deadline, owner and evidence.

Role

ISO/IEC 42001 Annex A.8.3 expects reporting to interested parties and authorities where required. This specialises Communication Requirement into a dated, evidencable obligation.
